Policy on Return:

 1. Customers may return the item within 7 working days upon purchase (except on Sundays & holidays)
 2. Follow our guidelines on “How to Return the items.”

    How to Return HIT item:

     • Login to your HIT customer account    

     • Enter your login Information

      • Click on “My Account”  

      • Under “My Account” click “My Orders.” Then, click “View” the item that you want to return

       • Look for the “Return Order” button. Click the item, enter your reason for returning the item. Then, click submit.

      • We will contact you, once we have received your request.

 3. Pack the item properly, together with all its accessories and documents.

 4. Sent the item via any LBC Branch. Address it to us: Hans Infinite Tools – 8007 Pioneer St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City.

 5. You may also deliver the item directly to our store in Pasig.

 6. Once we have received your item, we will evaluate and examine your tools.

 7. Upon evaluation, we could give you an option for its reimbursement or exchange.

 8. For items purchased via Credit Card, wait for 1-2 billings cycle for reimbursement.

 9. Cash vouchers and replacements are applicable for other payment transaction.

 10. Cash voucher with valid voucher code may be used to purchase items via our online shop. It may also be used as discount coupon.
